[Chung-Feng Kao] A multiple phenotype imputation method to solve the problem of the core collection with missing phenotypes
We introduced the “multiple imputation” method to solve the problem of incomplete phenotype data during the core collection and explored population structure and relatedness among Taiwanese vegetable soybeans. This approach can be applied to other plant species, and this research has been published in Frontiers in Plant Science (Huang et al., 2022).
