We developed miRgo, an online platform that integrates many tools of miRNA–target prediction, classifies numerous feature types used in these tools into six categories to simplify feature selection and utilizes support vector machines to predict miRNA–target interactions. miRgo achieved better results than all other prediction tools in evaluation.
