[Chang-Hsien Yang] Regulatory network for FOREVER YOUNG FLOWER-like genes in regulating Arabidopsis flower senescence and abscission
We found two groups of FYF-like genes, FYF/FYL1/FYL2 and SOC1/AGL14/AGL19 all play important role in regulating flower senescence/abscission. We also found that FYF-like proteins can form heterotetrameric complexes with different combinations of AGL6/SEP1 and AGL15/18-like proteins to perform their functions.
